Design in Details

This project represents the complete textile identity implementation of a 5-star coastal hospitality property located in the Mediterranean region. Nilstar was commissioned to engineer and deliver a fully integrated textile and soft furnishing solution tailored specifically to the architectural language and brand positioning of the hotel.

The scope of work included fire-retardant blackout curtains compliant with international hospitality standards, sheer drapery systems, contract-grade upholstery fabrics with high Martindale durability performance, custom woven bed runners, decorative cushions, and branded textile elements designed to create a cohesive guest experience across all rooms and public areas.

All fabrics were developed with performance and longevity in mind, incorporating stain-resistant treatments and engineered fire safety compliance suitable for luxury hospitality environments. Production, quality control, and installation coordination were managed under a structured contract workflow to ensure timely delivery and consistent finish across the property.

The result is a unified textile identity that enhances both aesthetic sophistication and functional durability, reflecting Nilstar’s expertise in delivering large-scale hospitality textile projects at a 5-star standard.
